About You

As Manager Research Ethics, Governance and Integrity you will join a growing team in leading the delivery of high-quality research administration support services in relation to research ethics, governance, monitoring, reporting and data collection and general and strategic advice to researchers.

You will partner with health care professionals and guide them through a complex framework of policies, procedures, and legislative requirements, supporting the development of their research and influencing best practice.

This unique and pivotal role is suited to a proactive, organised and experienced operator. It provides the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of a strong research culture at Grampians Health and to lead the team through systems and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player and carry themselves in a professional manner.
