We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People & Culture (P&C) Team and continue strengthening the talent acquisition function. The Talent Acquisition Partner will drive and implement contemporary recruitment practises and activities, and build recruitment capability across the organisation. The position will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding activities, ensuring positive candidate and new starter experiences. This position is an office-based role.

What you will be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with the People & Culture Business Partners and hiring managers to ensure vacancies are filled in the most efficient and effective manner to meet current and future organisational needs
  • Manage and develop recruitment and attraction strategies
  • Manage the feedback of pre-employment check processes and systems, including but not limited to police checks, work rights and psychometric testing
  • Prepare and distribute employment contracts and on-boarding documents
  • Ensure accurate position management across people management systems (ELMO)
  • Develop and maintain recruitment policies and procedures as required
  • Develop and maintain recruitment related workflows, templates, guidelines, forms and checklists
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports to measure effectiveness of attraction, recruitment and retention
  • Ensure all recruitment activities and procedures meet state and national legislative requirements
  • Lead and / or support projects that align with P&C strategy.

What you will bring

  • Demonstrated experience in a talent acquisition / recruitment lead role
  • Experience recruiting a variety of role types and skillsets
  • Outstanding stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • High level of organisation and ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload
  • Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven administrative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
  • Experience with ELMO a bonus
  • Financial services experience preferred
