The purpose of the role is to provide counselling, support and specialist group programmes to people through an trauma informed, evidence based, psycho-educational framework.
This role supports clients from all walks of life to overcome difficulties, build resilience and enhance their quality of life and relationships. Knowledge of the Family and Domestic Violence sector is key, and a deep understanding of male behaviour change and group facilitation is highly desirable. Note: the one vacant position is a child-focussed role.
