About the role

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join the BaptistCare team. Working closely with the Marketing Manager - Residential and Retirement Living, you will develop, implement, monitor and optimise the digital marketing strategy and the CRM marketing automation program.

  • You’re a motivated self-starter who demonstrates initiative, loves working in high performing teams and achieving great results.
  • You are an excellent communicator who prides yourself on your ability to develop and maintain great relationships.
  • You enjoy working independently as well as contributing collaboratively.
  • You have the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • You have experience in marketing automation and CRM.
  • Most importantly, you’ll have a passion for doing good things and improving people’s lives, especially seniors.

In your role you will:

  • Plan and manage digital campaigns for awareness and acquisition with a strong focus on lead generation across multiple digital ad channels including programmatic and retargeting.
  • Monitor and analyse open rates and sales data to generate actionable insights and improvements within the CRM and marketing automation programs.
  • Manage the SEO function, including both on-page and technical.
  • Design and optimise landing pages to maximise conversion rates.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with partner digital agencies to best achieve SEM goals.
  • Measure, document and report on relevant data analytics metrics.
