We are currently recruiting a very exciting permanent full-time role as a Manager – Research, Outcomes and Innovation.

Based at Campbelltown (flexible arrangements offered in terms of the job location), the purpose of the role is to contribute towards building tools, knowledge products, process maps, and services that would increase the potential of outcomes to generate wider social impact. We are interested in people that increase access, analysis, understanding, interpretation, and dissemination of information to address client and social outcomes. You will be chiefly responsible for developing and managing Community Services and Housing research, outcomes and innovation projects.

In this context, you will be utilising Client Management Systems, research and business intelligence reports to highlight gaps and identify important data trends. You will use data and evidence to inform program delivery, tender applications and report on performance outcomes. You will be key in developing and implementing an Integrated Services Framework to enable effective evidenced based service delivery. Coordinating opportunities for innovation and leading change to embed an agile outcomes culture are vital.

Experience, skills and competencies required:

  • Diploma or higher qualifications in a human services related field
  • 3 years’ experience working within Community Services sector
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence
  • Proven change management skills with demonstrated people management
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated organisation and time management skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Actively promote BaptistCare’s Purpose and Values in practice
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to social justice
  • Good understanding of the trauma informed approach
  • Good understanding of working in an outcome-focused service delivery environment
  • Experience in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to think strategically in the design and achievement of objectives
