You will provide strategic, collaborative and proactive HR business partnering expertise to support management and staff across our operational divisions, specifically in the Southern region. We are looking for someone skilled in assisting with performance management, investigating matters such as bullying and harassment claims and providing advice on employee entitlements under Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
