About the role

We are seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Coordinator to join the BaptistCare team. Working closely with the Marketing Manager - Residential and Retirement Living, you will help to generate quality leads by executing marketing plans including campaigns, digital content, and collateral, and by providing marketing support as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is inquisitive, has a passion for marketing and a strong team-first mentality. You’re a motivated self-starter who demonstrates initiative, loves working in high performing teams and achieving great results. You are an excellent communicator who prides yourself on your ability to develop and maintain great relationships. You enjoy working independently as well as contributing collaboratively. You have the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and efficiently. You have experience working with, and sometimes directing, both designers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you’ll have a passion for doing good things and improving people’s lives, especially seniors. In your role you will:

  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and communications teams to create and publish content such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, EDMs, Blog and social media posts.
  • Direct photo and video shoots at our various locations across NSW & ACT
  • Coordinate small scale marketing events and expos, as well as liaising with the events coordinator on larger events.
  • Attend meetings and build relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
