In this role, you will provide effective assistance, support and leadership to the Housing Team by efficient and accurate utilisation of Housing Tenancy Management Systems and timely provision of required data and performance reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining the data integrity of our Tenancy Management System – CIVICA Cx. This includes keeping track of the Tenant entries and exits being recorded into the system as well as tracking the progress of our Housing Support Cases.

You will also be assisting the Housing staff with their use of Cx including guiding staff through Cx processes and reporting any system errors to our IT department or directly to CIVICA is necessary. You will also be expected to assist in bulk data entry jobs in our CIVICA Cx system such as our rent reviews and the opening of our Carlingford Housing Site in early 2023. Your role will also include preparing reports for both internal use and for government compliance. This includes being able to analyse the reports and being able to identify discrepancies in the data.

Skills, experience and competencies required:

• A Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (minimum level of Certificate IV) OR extensive relevant experience
• Experience with Tenancy Management Systems and creating reports and the analysis of data
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals within set timeframes
• High attention to detail, computer literacy and written, and oral communication skills
• Current and valid NSW Driver’s License
