About your new role:

The Service Partner is the first point of contact for our customers, and key to ensuring that each dining experience is as special as possible for each of our customers. The primary role of the Service Partner is to provide excellent customer service for our customers by having sound food knowledge and a good understanding of the available menu options. The Service partner is there to listen and attend to the customer’s needs by working with the catering team to create and deliver an environment for the customer that is designed to stimulate all senses through personal services, amenities and experiences.

Roster (Please note that this roster is not negotiable):

The successful applicant for this position will cover a mix of morning and afternoon shifts between 6am and 7pm.

Duties:

  • Inspect food items and equipment on a constant basis to ensure high quality and food safety procedures are always meet.
  • Follow up with customers about additional services that may enhance their experience.
  • Handle any customers requests personally and/or refer requests to the appropriate person.
  • Provide quality service to customers during and around mealtimes.
  • Follow up with customers throughout their meal to ensure that they are receiving the experience they requested.
  • Advise chef on duty of any catering issues or needs when they arise.
  • Complete all operational cleaning duties and food safety documentation as required.
  • Ensure safe and sound work practices that comply with Work, Health and Safety policies and procedures and relevant legislation.

  • Be available to work on a rotating roster
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check
  • Willingness to obtain or provide proof of Influenza & Covid-19 Vaccination
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medial

Previous customer service experience in a high-quality Luxury Hotel or High End Restaurant environment will be highly regarded.
