We are looking at filling the following position:

• Early Childhood Educator-Room Leader position. Full time with a fortnightly RDO (total work hours: 76). Start date: January 2025
• This role receives a room leader allowance and additional planning time.
• You will collaborate with children, families and educators to create a wonderful, thoughtful inclusive program that reflects the BBCC values and go beyond the National and State frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Children’s Services Regulations and National Quality Standards
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and how this looks in practice
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
• Current Working with Children Check, Current Level Two qualifications in First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis Awareness & Administration of an EpiPen, and Asthma
