POSITION SUMMARY

The Partnerships Engagement Coordinator is a new role that will be responsible for supporting the Partnerships team in coordinating the day to day deliverables relating to a number of our corporate partnerships. We are looking for a great people person who loves connecting with internal and external stakeholders, who is keen to grow and learn, super organised, and is happy to support with administration tasks. The Partnership Engagement Coordinator will support the wider Partnerships Team with fundraising efforts and activities and report directly to the Head of Partnerships based in Sydney.

This is an exciting time to join the Partnerships Team as the organisation continues to strategically diversify its fundraising portfolio, there will be opportunities for the role to grow with them, correlating to an increase in scope and responsibility.

KEY RESPONSIBilities

  • A key part of the role is coordinating the day to day deliverables for our annual partnership with Calibre Diona group, this will be done with support of the Partnerships Manager, and include attending relationship meetings, batyr@work program coordination, coordinating staff engagement activities, workplace giving, and drafting proposals and reports.
  • Corporate partnerships support (closely supported by the Partnerships Manager):
    • Coordination of corporate workplace giving program including engaging with existing workplace giving partners;
    • Supporting corporate partner engagement on batyr’s fundraising events and campaigns;
    • Coordination of corporate skilled/unskilled volunteering program;
    • Coordination of the batyr@work program bookings including stakeholder engagement; and
    • Other general corporate partnership deliverables eg. working with the Brand Team on coordinating media profiling opportunities etc.
  • Support on preparing first drafts of simple proposals and reports;
  • Successfully maintain CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all communications are accurately and promptly recorded, new and existing partnerships are updated and donor care is executed to agreed plans;
  • Build and maintain networks to grow batyr’s profile, reputation, and brand externally, including representing batyr at partner events;
  • Ad hoc projects and general administration in support of the Partnerships team;
  • Contribute positively to the batyr culture and breathe our values.
