We are looking for an Administration Officer to support the program Manager and the Drink Drug Drive Behaviour change program by providing an outstanding level of administration and customer service to clients, staff and visitors. You won’t be bored in this multi-faceted role!

Duties will include client contact and enquiries, booking appointments, managing waiting lists, providing information and providing administrative support and more.

What you will bring to the role:

• Previous administration and customer service experience
• Your high attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workloads, conflicting tasks and deadlines
• Effective oral and verbal communication skills, including the ability to show empathy and patience towards clients and staff
• Proven ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds, personalities and varying needs

Also desirable:

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration
• Experience and/or qualifications in the health or welfare sector
• Interest or qualifications in AOD
