Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) is Australia’s leading breast cancer consumer organisation. Our purpose is to ensure all Australians who are affected by breast cancer receive the very best care, treatment and support.
We are excited by the opportunities that digital innovation provides us to ensure we can continue to build our role in providing information and support, connection and voice for people affected by breast cancer.
We have built a strong network that brings together over 150,000 individuals. We advocate for, connect, inform, and support our network.
BCNA’s next five years will be one of building on our legacy, bold innovation, and fearless pursuit of a stronger healthcare system that delivers the very best care, treatment and support for all Australians affected by breast cancer.
BCNA is looking for a dynamic, experienced individual giving specialist to deliver high impact fundraising campaigns that build engagement with BCNA’s donors and wider network and achieve revenue targets. BCNA is in a significant growth phase, with individual giving at the heart.
Reporting to the Fundraising Director, you will execute existing appeals and the regular giving program, and provide expert advice on segmentation, datamining, analytics, and reporting. Drawing on your personal warmth and understanding of donor stewardship concepts, you will develop new programs that motivate our supporters to deepen their relationship with BCNA, especially in the middle donor segment.
Your proven ability to acquire, engage and steward donors in a busy but supportive environment and capacity to identify opportunities, develop initiatives and prioritise tasks to achieve outcomes will see you succeed in this rewarding role.
BCNA is an employer of equal opportunity and encourages and values diversity and inclusion. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must hold a valid visa with unlimited working rights suitable for an ongoing role and will be subject to successfully completing a National Police History Check.
