Looking for a new challenge? We are looking for your expertise in transport booking and scheduling Community Transport drivers. Other than operational management of the role, you will also be responsible for registering new participants with CRCS Transport in line with the eligibility criteria of our funding bodies which include the Commonwealth Home Support (CHSP) and Community Assistance and Support (CASP) Programs.
Your excellent phone manner, high quality computing skills, adaptability, a flexible approach and the ability to think on your feet are key attributes to becoming a successful Customer Engagement Officer with CRCS Transport.
Capital Region Community Services (CRCS) provides a wide range of high quality, integrated and inclusive programs and services to individuals, families, children and young people in the Belconnen and wider Capital Region.
CRCS works with community members, local organisations and businesses to develop responsive programs, services and activities that support self determination and reduce social isolation.
