About the role

CRCS is very enthusiastic in recruiting for individuals to join our Family Support program. The focus of the Family Support program is providing case management intervention to vulnerable families who are experiencing hardship. This includes supporting families to develop the personal tools and resources to navigate the service system.

We are seeking to fill multiple positions in this very essential program, and we are looking for professionals with both experience and passion for supporting individuals and families in need.

CRCS has a heavy focus on delivering a ‘gold standard’ of services, with staff supported in providing evidence-based and best practice interventions under a strong leadership team and a highly experienced Principal Practitioner. The organisation prioritises professionally developing staff to enable them to become ‘leaders’ in their practice across the Capital Region.

Whilst these roles will be based in the ACT initially, individuals may be required to undertake work across the Capital Region (within a 200km radius of Canberra).

Working with CRCS comes with a range of benefits. The highlights of these include:

  • A salary of between $72,361.00 and $78,466 + Generous Salary Packaging options
  • Significant opportunities for professional development
  • An ability for staff to work across multiple areas of the Child, Youth and Families portfolio, giving an opportunity to gain further expertise in multiple areas of the community services sector.

If you have qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences, Counselling, Education, Community Development (or related discipline), then we want to hear from you!

Whilst we are seeking to fill positions in the Family Support Program – we will be creating a talent pool for Family Support Practitioner roles to fill future positions across the Child, Youth and Families portfolio.

We strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, to support our work in supporting these communities.
