About the role

CRCS is seeking a Program Manager to be the face and voice of CRCS Youth Support, holding responsibility for our Bungee and Youth Engagement programs.

As we expand our presence across the Territory and into the Capital Region, we are seeking an individual with experience in developing and managing community based programs who will lead our Youth Support arm to inspire and enable the delivery of exceptional outcomes that ensures CRCS is recognised as an industry leader in creating strong and connected communities and positive person-centred results.

CRCS has a strong focus on delivering high quality services, with this role working closely alongside our Principal Practitioner to lead a culture that is evidence based and integrates theory and research into practice.

The Program Managerwill have opportunity to work between our Canberra and Goulburn offices, and will be required to travel as we establish and build our presence across the Capital Region.
