About the Role:

The allied health administrator plays a key role within Black Dog Institutes neuro-stimulation clinic and is pivotal in ensuring that a high standard of administrative and patient care support is provided to those using our service. This role works alongside a team of researchers and clinicians within mental health, investigating novel treatments for depression and other mental health conditions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in medical reception/administration, or similar role.
  • Relevant diploma or equivalent combination of qualifications, training and work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in the use and administration of online systems and databases.
  • Sound organisational skills including ability to prioritise tasks and duties in order to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide effective customer service and support to clients and stakeholders at all levels.
