Job Description

About the Role:

This role provides support for internal stakeholders and external clients of the Service Engagement and Operations Team. The position plays a central role in providing support to our Delivery Network. The Delivery Network is made up of paid facilitators and volunteer presenters. The position is actively involved with recruitment, induction and training of the Delivery Network as well as coordinating ongoing engagement of the Network.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with our Delivery Network.
  • Maintain appropriate support mechanisms for Delivery Network members, e.g. post-workshop phone calls and regular check-ins.
  • Regular communication with the Delivery Network via formal and informal communication channels.
  • Implementation of communication and engagement strategies in to support connection between the organisation and the Delivery Network.
  • Support the Operations Manager to monitor the capacity of the delivery network through modelling and forecasting.
  • Coordinate recruitment of new Delivery Network members including contributions to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Promptly and professionally respond to phone and email enquiries related to face-to-face and online workshops.
  • Liaise with team members to secure coordinate Delivery Network Members for face-to-face and online workshops.
  • Maintain accurate event, client, and internal stakeholder records in our customer relationship management database (Salesforce)
  • Work closely with the Administration Assistants to ensure successful coordination of all workshop logistics, for example, Delivery Network remuneration and travel agreements.
  • Ensure the correct application of policies and procedures.

Essential Criteria

  1. Excellent client relationships skills, customer service, including well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Ability to build strong relationships, and a passion to maintain engaged and meaningful relationships with the Delivery Network members.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  4. Strong organisation and administration skills to effectively manage high volume workloads in peak periods.
  5. High attention to detail, innovative and solution focused.
  6. Ability to partner effectively with teammates and work well as a member of a team.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) based systems.
  8. A knowledge of EEO principles and WH&S responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant WH&S training.

Desirable Criteria

  1. Demonstrated experience working with volunteer programs.
  2. Understanding of volunteering and the National Standards for Involving volunteers in Not-For-Profit Organisations
  3. Proficient in use of the Salesforce CRM.
