Role Summary

As the Annual Giving and Campaigns Specialist you will work together with a small team to increase donor numbers and funds raised. This will include supporting on direct marketing, telephone, digital marketing and campaign management.

To be successful you will be a confident writer, tech savvy and will have strong project coordination skills. This role will also work with multiple stakeholders and so the ability to build rapport and relationships is imperative.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual wanting to start a career in fundraising and/or someone with fundraising experience who is keen to further grow and learn. There is lots of scope for professional career development!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts across traditional and digital channels, cases for support, planning, execution and review of direct marketing, digital marketing and other content
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as clinicians, patients and suppliers
  • Develop and execute on website updates and landing page build to increase conversion
  • Assist with the revision of proofs with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Plan, develop and manage marketing automations and donor journeys with the aim to retain and further engage supporters
  • Coordinate with project teams, Marketing & Communications and Development Services
  • Provide timely reports and updates on each project

Skills & Attributes

  • Demonstrated experience in a support role preferably in Digital Marketing, Direct Marketing, Telemarketing or fundraising
  • Excellent relationship and collaboration skills
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to think holistically in order to solve problems
  • Proven copy writing skills and experience writing direct response copy is ideal
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and achieve results with diverse personalities and opinions
  • Interest in working in the Not-For-Profit sector
