ABOUT THE ROLE

The Career Coaching Consultant will be responsible for growing our Career Coaching services while delivering the service to support job seekers, individuals looking for a career change, organisations who are restructuring and leaders looking to help their team members develop in their careers. There is a strong sales component to this role.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and deliver a range of our services that include Career Coaching, Professional Development Workshops, Executive Coaching, Strengths Profiling, our Mentoring Program and Meaningful Work initiatives
• Familiarise yourself with all career coaching products in order to market and promote them to tailored target audiences
• Coach and deliver the overall 1-on-1 consultation process with all participants from start to finish, focusing on tailored individual needs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Deliver training sessions using our internal tools and principles
• Mentor and advise participants through their career journey with hands on activities that include resume writing, interview preparation, and professional development activities
• Ensure our CRM is updated to guarantee compliance

ABOUT YOU

Essential Criteria:

• Experience across Recruitment, HR, or Career Coaching with proven success meeting business development goals and sales targets
• The ability to learn about our variety of services, in order to sell and deliver tailored approaches and information to all participants and prospective participants
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to relate to individuals with varying levels of professional experience and career trajectories
• Experience, or an interest in leading engaging training and professional development workshops
• The ability to set priorities, and meet deadlines within allocated timeframes
• Experience using JobAdder or a similar CRM is desired
• A collaborative and empathetic approach in developing flourishing relationships and contributing to a positive team culture
