Exciting opportunity to join a national, health based not-for-profit organisation to manage a portfolio of flourishing relationships across existing accounts, while scoping and developing new partnership opportunities.

Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing partnership accounts, while focusing on new business development opportunities across a range of engaging initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research new business opportunities
Manage a new business prospect pipeline
Create compelling partnership proposals and plans
Pitch and present at senior level
Identify and uplift opportunities for all existing partnerships. This may include sponsorship, workplace giving and support and participation across multiple campaigns
Provide outstanding stewardship
Develop engagement and communication plans in conjunction with corporate partners
Secure sponsorship for key corporate fundraising events
Review and evaluate progress on a regular basis and ensure actions from all parties are completed
Corporate Partnerships fundraising experience or strong commercial relationship sales experience required
Highly developed relationship and account management skills
Ability to manage the full new business cycle from prospect research
Strong commercial negotiation skills including influencing, persuading and closing
Proven ability to manage accounts and grow a portfolio
A background in hitting financial targets and securing partnership opportunities
Efficiency in administration and reporting
Exceptional presenting and communication skills
A high level of emotional intelligence and empathy
