The role

The Executive Assistant will be a key business partner to the CEO, providing support in an exciting time of growth in the organisation. You will support a busy executive in achieving strategic objectives as this NFP goes through a growth period.

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide support with diary, travel and expenses, document preparation, and drafting correspondence
  • Managing all inquiries, escalating as necessary to ensure the CEO’s schedule is prioritised appropriately
  • Relationship management with internal/external stakeholders
  • Ad hoc administrative duties so the office can run efficiently
  • Project planning and coordination for various projects
  • Minutes and scheduling of Senior Management meetings and other identified meetings

Essential requirements

You will have strong time management and stakeholder management skills, as well as:

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role, experience in a highly regulated industry/NFP setting is a must-have
  • Have a collaborative working style while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate-advanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong initiative to find solutions and ability to exercise judgement to act in the best interest of the organisation and its CEO
