Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF) provide funding to only the most promising cancer research initiatives in Australia. Through these funding initiatives, ACRF have a mission to outsmart cancer by providing world-class scientists with the equipment they need to improve prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of all types of cancer.
Reporting directly to the CEO and managing a team of three, you will have the strategic responsibility of leading the organisation through the marketing, communications, and digital strategy to effectively raise and maintain the reputable profile of the ACRF brand, as well as increase funds raised to fund grants for cancer research.
You will be joining an organisation that describe themselves as contemporary and forward thinking, and you will form part of a team that is exceptionally enthusiastic, creative, agile in the working and innovative. This role is going to suit someone who can thinks outside the box, is confident in taking calculated risks, can work at both at a strategic and operational level as well as collaborate across the business.
ACRF are on a strong trajectory of growth, with several exciting and revolutionary projects taking place so it is imperative that as a leader of the MarComms function you will continue to contribute and drive this exciting momentum.
