Bush Heritage Australia is seeking a business-savvy ICT Service Delivery Coordinator to manage their outsourced IT partnerships and stakeholders within the IT Department. No two days will be the same. APPLY NOW!

What you’ll be doing:

This role has an emphasis on supporting the IT department by ensuring the internal ICT systems, service delivery, and associated hardware is fit for purpose and integrated. You will be supporting staff and volunteers both in the Conservation Support Centre (Head Office - Melbourne 3000) and in remote workplaces around the country.

  • Coordinate vendor relationships for all externally contracted agreements related to IT service delivery
  • Manage and contribute to the documentation of essential ICT system
  • Work with the IT Strategy Manager to review information security and privacy, including regular audits and test programs
  • Manage communications contracts for platforms, associated hardware and service provision, including landline, mobile and satellite phones, internet, and web/phone conferencing
  • Develop processes for ICT Project Portfolio Management to ensure business strategy alignment and staging of ICT initiatives across the organisation
  • Develop processes for ICT Problem and Change Management to improve the effectiveness and coordination of technical and functional change
  • Oversee and manage the organisation’s operational ICT budget and all related expenditure

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Experience in liaising with vendors and contract management
  • Demonstrated understanding of ICT governance and related risk management frameworks, including an understanding of the impact of Cyber Security on a business/ organisation
  • Demonstrated commitment to building sound, collaborative business relationships on a multitude of levels, both internal and external
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels in both a written and oral form
  • High level of practical computer literacy and proficiency
  • Ability to provide basic troubleshooting support
  • Eagerness to learn and stay abreast of emerging technologies
