About the Role

This full-time position within a highly respected Charity involves four days dedicated to the People & Culture Team, where you will be an integral part of our vibrant team, providing essential support for our People & Culture initiatives, along with one day of administrative support to the Clinical Care, Risk and Compliance Manager in the Quality team.

This role is full-time with a salary of $70,000 plus superannuation. Salary packaging is also available.

From recruitment to off-boarding and everything in between, your contribution to our employee lifecycle management will help shape our organisational culture and drive our mission of creating opportunities for our people to enhance their inclusion, independence, and wellbeing.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

  • Administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Contribute to various People & Culture projects.
  • Provide comprehensive People & Culture administration support.
  • Offer general administration support to the Clinical Care, Risk, and Compliance Manager including:
    • Data entry
    • Report preparation
    • Maintaining documentation

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Prior experience in HR administration or support roles.
  • Qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Current Australian drivers licence.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
