The Role - People Services Manager / HR Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a true HR Generalist to join the People Services team as the People Services Manager for QLD. The role reports to the GM, People Services and is responsible for the day-to-day HR management of employee services and support, including:

• Payroll Management (supported by a Payroll Administrator)
• Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Induction
• Learning and Development
• Culture and Employee Engagement
• Business Partnering and Relationship Management
• Organisational Change Management
• Performance Management
• Employee and Manager Coaching
• Job Evaluation and Remuneration
• Reward and Recognition
• HR Systems Management and Support
• HR Metrics and Reporting
• Employee Relations and Case Management

The Ideal Candidate

We'd like to hear from you if you are a HR Manager or Specialist with generalist experience who can work autonomously, manage the Payroll function and work as part of broader team to deliver the People Services Strategic Plan.
