A little about you…

• Minimum of two years' experience using Salesforce
• High attention to detail
• Able to analytically look at data reports
• Able to reconcile and prepare financial reports
• Excellent verbal communications skills, especially on the telephone
• Highly organised and able to proactively solve problems
• Demonstrable ability to document workflows and provide staff training
• Works collaboratively in a team environment

• Database design using Salesforce for a non-profit organisation.
• Ability to manage large volumes of complex data
• Experience using pivot tables
• Coding experience in Salesforce

What you’ll be doing…

• Maintain database performance by ensuring new releases are updated
• Completing maintenance requirements; evaluating computer operating systems and hardware requirements.
• Prepare users by conducting training; providing information; resolving problems
• Supports database functions by designing and coding functionality for improved workflows.
• Recommend solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up, and recovery specifications.
• Provide proactive and reactive data management support.
• Bulk uploads of data, in addition to exporting reports and data
• Produce regular financial and ad hoc reports
• Regular and ad hoc reporting for weekly and monthly income reports, campaign reports, and more
• Forecasting trends and analysing growth opportunities
