The Hume Home Based Care program provides Complex, Intensive and General Home Based Care for children and young people who are unable to live with their own families. With a solid focus on strengthening our program through recruitment, training, support and quality assurance mechanisms, the Assessment Practitioner will undertake the assessments of prospective foster carers and review of accredited carers.
