Berry Street is seeking a Key Worker for our Targeted Care Packages (TCP) team. The TCP is first and foremost to achieve better outcomes for children and young people in out-of-home care. The Key Worker supports young people to transition into care arrangements where their needs will be met, either with parents, family or friends, a foster carer or independent living.
