We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to lead, develop and inspire our team based in Civic, ACT.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall business performance of the branch, driving activities to achieve business performance targets. You will play a key role delivering tailored financial solutions that meet existing and new member’s needs, through your ability to build long-lasting relationship in your local community.

• Managing and driving the business performance of your branch and people
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Representing the business at multiple community events
• Cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with business referrers, community members, organisations and internal stakeholder partners
• Maximise customer opportunities across the business

As the successful candidate you will have:

• Management or leadership experience with a proven track record of performance and achieving targets
• Ability to guide the strategic direction and growth of the branch
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Networking and business development skills with a focus on building brand awareness within the local community
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, and the tenacity to follow things through
