The Be You Service Coordinator is a role within the Be You Service Team – the team responsible for Beyond Blue’s relationship with Be You’s delivery partners, Early Childhood Australia (ECA) and headspace.

The role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to internal staff, Be You users and other priority stakeholders, as well as administrative and logistical support to the Be You Service Team.

Reporting to the Be You Service Lead and collaborating with team peers, this role will work closely with other Be You teams and the Be You delivery partners.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Triage all incoming enquiries (phone, email and online) for Be You, coordinating with the broader Be You team and delivery partners as necessary to ensure that all requests are managed and responded to appropriately and in a timely manner, and records and information are maintained
  • Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and other designated tools to manage, assign and track activity across the Be You, headspace and ECA teams effectively and efficiently
  • Produce accurate and timely reports and documentation related to customer service operations
  • Continuously improve processes relating to designated customer service activities
  • Liaise when required with IT Support Desk and provide basic technical support to Be You users and other priority stakeholders to enable login, account access and online navigation of the Be You website and events platform
  • Manage obligations relevant to maintaining endorsed provider status of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA), and recognised provider and accredited program status of ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI)
  • Manage the monthly merchandise requirements as required
  • Provide administrative, operational, logistical and coordination support to members of the Service team and broader Be You team as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Experience in customer-facing roles that require strong interpersonal skills and the ability to broker solutions and resolve issues
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a high degree of attention to detail, and established practices for prioritisation of tasks
  • Ability to assimilate information from various sources into clear and accurate reports and correspondence
  • Proficient in the use of the MS Suite, Salesforce (CRM) and other customer service tools

Desirable

  • Qualifications in business administration, customer service or related discipline
  • Understanding the education and health sectors national
