about the role

The CRM Program Manager is responsible for leading cross functional team members, including an agile project squad to:

  • deliver Beyond Blue’s CRM (bLink) Single View implementation project
  • plan for and implement transition from project phase including system development including the transition into BAU
  • manage all aspects of CRM BAU, both during project implementation, during transition and ongoing.

Tertiary qualified with a Bachelor of Business or Information Technology, the appointee will have a Formal Agile Project Management certification (e.g., PMP from PMI) with extensive experience in program and project management and Salesforce CRM. Your ability to work with agile and waterfall planning and execution frameworks and strong experience in organisation-side CRM rollout, will enable you to manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels. The incumbent will also be responsible for all change management and cultural change activities across the organisation.
