We’re looking for a Digital Content Producer to join our Content team. The team consists of content specialists: designers, writers, producers, and strategists. Our role is to create, deliver and optimise on-platform digital content.

Our Digital Content Producers are instrumental in creating great content for our website.

You will be working within a scrum team and some of your responsibilities will include:

  • analysis of audience needs and insights
  • conducting content discovery and research
  • develop stories from concept to delivery
  • coordinate scheduling, timelines, budgets, supplier management, talent management
  • multifaceted content creation: scope articles, plan and shoot videos, capture, and edit audio
  • develop marketing assets to promote content
  • publish content within the CMS.

The successful candidate will have a strong creative content creation background with at least 12 months of recent experience as a Digital Content Producer and will also share the Beyond Blue values of collaboration, respect, enthusiasm, excellence, innovation, and integrity.

Summary of required attributes

  • Experience in content creation, writing, communications, journalism, or another related discipline
  • Training and at least 12 months of experience in Digital Content Production
  • Solid understanding of creative and production processes for digital content (including story development, supplier management, asset capture, editing and publishing)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • High level of experience using a content management system
  • Experience working as part of cross-functional teams to deliver organisation-wide outcomes
  • Confidence in questioning existing processes and identifying improvement opportunities

Also desirable

  • Experience working within a Scrum framework
  • Experience in user testing of content solutions
  • Experience using data and analytics to guide content improvements
