about the role

The Head of Digital Transformation will lead a program of work to realise Beyond Blue’s Big Blue Door vision. This vision is to deliver accessible, personalised, safe and connected mental health support for all people who engage with Beyond Blue. This role will drive the integration of existing services into a community-centric omnichannel digital experience and provides an opportunity for an experienced agile digital transformation professional to make a real difference to the way people access mental health supports and services in Australia.

A key component to the success of the role will be to provide inspiration and sell the vision resulting in enterprise wide engagement with the program. Lived Experience is at the heart of everything we do - this role requires a human centred design approach that understands and incorporates the human experience.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional stakeholder management skills, experience in agile and change management and someone who knows how to manage the pace of change to suit the organisation.

With a minimum of five years digital transformation experience, you will be self-motivated, able to navigate ambiguity and take others on the journey with you. You will have the experience and confidence to write for and present to the Board. Government or Not for profit experience is desirable
