Beyond Blue are in the initial stages of a CRM transformation, and the role of the Product Owner will be focussed on delivering a CRM to enable a shared Beyond Blue view of person and organisation.

The role will take ownership and deliver progress to the following priorities:

  • Lead the product vision and roadmap to deliver optimisation of the Salesforce CRM
  • Champion the voice of the Beyond Blue organisation across multiple departments to ensure the end user requirements are at the forefront of every design and development decision
  • Lead with the business needs to develop and prioritise the CRM product backlog, including defect management and data remediation
  • Manage the development and release implementation life cycle for new system functionality
  • Oversee the expanded deployment across the organisation including training, change management, and communications.

Tertiary qualified with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or Product Management you will have previous Salesforce Product Owner Experience delivering an organisation wide multi-dimensional Salesforce implementation. Your experience working in agile team delivery as a product owner and ability to analyse data to grasp issues, draw conclusions, understand users’ needs and make recommendations will be underpinned by your strong people management, team leadership and resource management skills.
