What you will do:

  • Lead and manage successful delivery of the Outcomes Framework project from inception to implementation
  • Engage C-Level stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Develop detailed project plan and schedule covering milestones, epics, work stream activities
  • Enlist and build cross functional teams/squads and communicate effectively
  • Track and report project progress (scope, schedule, budget, risks etc.)
  • Ensure fit for purpose outcomes that meet high quality standards are delivered on time and on budget

Who you are:

  • Excellent communicator and negotiator
  • Minimum of three years of experience in managing projects using Agile, Waterfall methodologies
  • Extensive experience in Business Intelligence Insights & Analytics Projects and organisational change management
  • Tertiary qualified with a bachelor’s degree in business or IT
  • Project Management (PMP / PRINCE 2) and SCRUM Master Certifications highly desirable.
