The Services and Support team at Beyond Blue delivers effective early intervention, treatment and recovery-focused mental health and suicide prevention supports and services, so people can receive help early and recover quickly to ensure their best possible mental health. The NewAccess for Small Business Lead is responsible for establishing and leading the implementation of Beyond Blue's NewAccess for Small Business programme.

The Project Support role will assist with:

  • Establishing and maintaining the new programme
  • Contract management, stakeholder and community engagement
  • Collaborate across Beyond Blue to embed the new programme
  • Monitor and report on key risks

Key accountabilities include:

  • Provide project support and work collaboratively with Small Business NewAccess for the successful delivery program of requirements
  • Where required support the broader work of the Suicide Prevention & Early Intervention Team
  • Provide high level administrative and logistical support to the Small Business NewAccess, including scheduling organising various meetings preparing agenda’s, minutes and report distribution
  • Develop and collate information for any reporting requirements, project summaries and update status reports and project plans as needed
  • Ongoing monitoring of project budgets undertake reconciliation and resolution of issues in consultation with relevant internal stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications and knowledge required, include:

  • Knowledge of project management - general understanding of underlying principles and practices
  • Knowledge of data management - the underlying principles, basic analysis and practices of data management
  • Stakeholder and contract management skills – ability to work collaboratively and respectfully to determine and achieve shared objectives
  • Problem solving skills - manages challenges within existing organisational or professional parameters
