Supporting one of our senior leaders, this role will take ownership across several key functions including one to one support and team coordination activities. This role is responsible for providing administration and operational support, across meetings, projects, and documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Administration support including calendar management, financial and quality assurance processes
  • Reporting
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Project support including secretariat assistance
  • Operations support – respond to public queries through shared mailbox, maintain registers.

Key skills and experience

  • Ability to demonstrate your exceptional administration and team coordination work experience
  • A proactive attitude who thrives in busy environments
  • Aptitude to lean into agile working environments where change and transformation are second nature
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including relationship building
  • High attention to detail
  • Confidence with using programs such as including SharePoint, Trello, Confluence and Jira.
