Come and work in a role that has a tangible impact in strengthening health systems in the Pacific. Beyond Essential Systems (BES) is an Australian company focused on the development and implementation of eHealth and education software in low and middle-income settings. Our software suite includes Tupaia and Tamanu and we also implement and support mSupply and DHIS2 systems. Our team is currently advancing our software to support the COVID-19 response for vulnerable populations in the Pacific, in particular vaccine registration, lab test results management with a patient portal, and mapping of medical supplies.

THE IDEAL PERSON:

We're currently looking for a developer with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in javascript, but solid devs from other backgrounds will be considered. Some (we don't expect all) of the following skills would be valuable:

• Front end development: react, react-native, material-ui, styled-components
• Testing: jest, mocha, chai, sinon, cypress

Right now we're working remotely until restrictions ease but the office is on Nicholson St in Brunswick East - close to Lygon Street with its Cafés, restaurants and bars - and there is a big park just behind our building.
