About the Role:

Anglicare is a leading provider of accommodation services for older people across the Sydney and Illawarra regions. For many years, Anglicare has provided a range of affordable housing options for those who have limited means of providing for their own housing in the private market. As the Administration Coordinator, you will be supporting our housing team to provide reception and administrative support to ensure effective delivery of client services within the housing division. This position is a Temporary 6-month Permanent Part Time position working 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Ensure client data and records are up to date and well maintained
  • Providing high levels of customer service including receiving and directing clients and visitors, answering, screening and transferring incoming calls as required
  • Ensure clients are attended to promptly by processing referrals and appointments in a timely manner
  • Ensure confidentiality of client information is maintained by managing the filing, storage and security of client information
  • Ensure clients and visitors are provided with appropriate information by responding to queries and requests in a timely manner
  • Contribute to team meetings by regular attendance and providing assistance with meeting set up, agenda preparation, recording and distributing meeting minutes

About you:

  • Well-developed communication skills, written and verbal
  • High level computer skills including excel and data entry
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to deal with complex client needs and in crisis intervention
