About the role:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional who will support Anglicare’s mission by providing residents with social and affordable housing.

Based at Mount Druitt, in this permanent part-time 30 hours per week role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality, consistent and excellent service to support our residents, and ensure that they achieve the best social, health recovery and wellness outcomes.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Continuous improvement of the Case Management model
  • Assistance in the facilitation of achievement, resident support plan goals and links to Community
  • Ensures compliance with Anglicare reporting requirements

About you:

You will have strong understanding of the community housing industry, a qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Aged Care or equivalent as well as several years post qualifying experience in the delivery of community based social services and/ or aged care. The successful incumbent must have a valid NSW Working with Children's Check for paid employment purposes.

To successfully grow this housing division, we are going to need to build a highly capable, competent and committed workforce to ensure the long-term success of this program. As well as ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the service.
