About the facility

Geriatric Evaluation and Management at home (GEM at Home) is a bed substitution model that supports older people with multiple and complex care needs to be assessed, treated and managed at home. The team’s office is based at Barwon Health’s McKellar Centre, located only minutes from the centre of Geelong. The McKellar Centre offers a range of rehabilitation services that enable people to make a dynamic recovery. It is situated on a vibrant community asset with parkland surrounds and incorporates state-of-the-art equipment.

About the role

This role offers the opportunity to work collaborative within a multidisciplinary team across the GEM at Home and Non-Weight Bear programs. Join a team that recognises the value of occupational therapy in achieving patient outcomes. We are seeking applications from suitably experienced clinicians for the positions of Occupational Therapist Grade 2 to join our Gem at Home team at McKellar Centre
