We are looking for a CDP Compliance Officer to join our CDP team in Alice Springs.

CatholicCare NT is a not-for-profit organisation, providing social services and programs to individuals, couples, families, children, groups, schools and agencies across the Northern Territory.

The Community Development Program (CDP) provides services and activities to Job Seekers in the Alice Springs and South East Alice Springs regions. This position works closely with the Team Leader Compliance to develop and implement processes that ensure the Program is fully compliant with the PM&C.

This position may require occasional travel to remote communities.

Selection criteria

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including report writing and the ability to communicate with providers across a range of diverse cultural groups
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor all CDP functions and conduct regular audits pertaining to outcomes, claims, other financials, and activity attendance hours and coding
  • Demonstrated ability to use technology including intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, Word, Outlook and other electronic database systems
  • Ability to comply with, and fulfil all CDP funder's requirements
  • Demonstrated ability in all general office administration functions including using office equipment, photocopiers, scanners, binding machines, laminators etc
