About the program

We are looking for a champion to join our NO MORE program in the Darwin!

NO MORE is a Northern Territory-wide Aboriginal initiative that works with the community to develop local responses to reduce the incidence of domestic and family violence (DFV). We do this by raising awareness, educating and mobilising individuals, groups and communities to change attitudes and behaviours towards women and children. NO MORE encompasses a dynamic process of change through developing community leadership, responsibility and action, and adapting to the needs of the community. It is an evidenced based program using the nationally accepted drivers of DFV as the base for making change.

About the role

The NO MORE Team Leader is responsible for leading a Territory-wide team to provide activities that supports NO MORE in meeting program and organisational objectives. The Team Leader will ensure high quality program planning, implementation, and reporting across the Territory. This position provides program direction to NO MORE staff across the NT, direct supervision to Darwin based staff and works closely with place-based supervisors to align with program guidelines, organisational initiatives and ensure service integration with other CCNT programs.
