How you'll transform lives

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to join our case management team at our Cheltenham site in the role of case manager to support clients who are homeless or are at risk of homelessness. This includes singles, couples and families living in our transitional and crisis properties. The case manager works intensively with a small caseload of clients, building engagement over time in order to meet case plan goals.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for working with people experiencing homelessness and a determination to deliver innovative and effective services of the highest possible standard to our clients.

You will also have the following:

  • An understanding of case management practice and trauma-informed principles
  • Experience working with clients with multiple and complex needs due to dual diagnosis, domestic and family violence and/or psychological trauma
  • An ability to empower clients using a strength-based approach whilst setting boundaries
  • Ability to respond to and manage critical incidents in a timely manner
  • Experience working independently and as part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team

Note: Full COVID-19 vaccination, Working with Children and police checks are mandatory at Launch Housing.
