What you'll do

Reporting to Chief Impact Officer, you will lead the strategic and operational implementation of our people strategy. You will have the opportunity to shape Launch Housing's HR programs, initiatives and services to support overall organisational strategy. Leading a dedicated People & Culture team including recruitment, industrial relations, diversity and inclusion and L&D, you are expected to:

  • Develop the capabilities of the people & culture team including coaching and leading
  • Develop, update and implement a range of people related strategies and initiatives including a workforce development strategy, rainbow tick accreditation and a renewed leadership development framework
  • Provide, implement and manage clear and measurable goals and objectives for the whole team
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to continually improve and enhance HR services across the organisation
  • Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of all policies, procedures and safe work practices
  • Support managers in the business to lead high performing teams and increase workforce capabilities
  • Oversee employee relations and industrial matters
  • Make the role your own and drive it forward
