What to expect?

Reporting to HR Manager, you will lead a range of people-focused projects and activities aimed at ensuring our people are skilled and capable, that they are supported through their career journey with appropriate planning, training and development

You will also undertake the design, development, oversight, implementation and evaluation of development programs and activities, as well as to provide specialist advice to staff and leaders in relation to learning and development needs.

In this role you are expected to:

  • Lead the review and revamp of induction and onboarding procedures across the organisation
  • Drive the learning experiences required for staff in line with our diversity and inclusion frameworks, including our Cultural Safety Plan
  • Create and effectively implement development programs and activities for a wide range of roles
  • Support managers in the business to lead high performing teams and increasing workforce capability

Who are we looking for?

You are an experienced L & D Business Partner with passion for people and development. You are willing to go above and beyond and passionate about providing high levels of service to facilitate strong learning and customer service culture. You build rapport easily and excel in developing influential relationships at all levels. You are proactive, organised and above all a team player, your ability to manage projects that meet business needs is exceptional.

In this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a senior role in a learning and development function
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Proven high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Results orientated, positive approach to issues resolution
  • A demonstrated ability to drive a customer service culture
