Black Swan Health is one of the largest primary health care organisations in WA. About the Program

hEP is an innovative initiative funded by the Australian Government (Department of Health) designed to provide early intervention, responsive and recovery focused care for young people aged 12 – 25 years who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis or at ultra-high risk of experiencing psychosis.

About the Role

The Operations Manager position is a key leadership role within Black Swan Health with responsibility for the operational management of headspace Early Psychosis. The Operations Manager works in partnership with the Clinical Director to provide evidence based best practice mental health services to young people, their families, and significant others.

About You

The successful candidate will possess relevant professional and/or tertiary qualifications and a proven ability to develop and lead a large multi-disciplinary team within a health setting. You will focus on delivering high quality clinical outcomes and holistic service delivery to achieve positive health outcomes, service efficiencies and optimal use of staff and facility resources across multiple locations.

This opportunity will enable you to demonstrate your capacity to develop effective working relationships, to work collaboratively and develop partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in the application of evidence based clinical practice in first episode psychosis will be highly regarded.
