You will have access to specialist training and supervision to support you in your role.

The role involves providing Case Management services in an outreach capacity and to women residing in the Sydney Metropolitan Area; our head office is located at Edgecliff. We also have a crisis accommodation service in Darlinghurst where shift work may become available later in the year. We will work flexibly with you to meet both your needs and the needs of our organisation as service changes are planned.

Essential Criteria

  • Qualifications in a related discipline (social sciences, health, psychology, social work, or community services)
  • Experience in providing case management support to individuals with complex needs particularly needs associated with homelessness, mental health and psychosocial/psychiatric disability
  • Willingness to work across our service settings depending on the changing needs of our organisation (i.e. outreach work based from head office in Edgecliff as well as the potential for upcoming shift-work in our accommodation service located in Darlinghurst)
  • Experience in implementing WH&S, risk management and duty of care protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the community housing system and requirements in relation to public housing applications
  • Knowledge of the homelessness and health sectors in the Sydney Metropolitan areas
