BREED Australia is a purpose-driven charity based in Quakers Hill. We have served communities for over 25 years. We are about to embark on a brand transformation journey that will magnify our impact on the community through innovative educational and training programs to provide skills and knowledge to youth, small businesses and vulnerable Australians.

About the role

This newly created, community-focused marketing role will be pivotal in the success of our expansion and mission.

The role will be on contract for 1 year initially with the scope of expansion.

As a valued member of our small, passionate team, in this crucial role, while providing professional marketing support, you will be championing the voice of the communities we intend to serve. You will proactively and collaboratively work with internal and external stakeholders, including corporate sponsors, donors and other Non-Government Organisations. Qualifications & experience

  • Relevant Marketing Qualifications and a minimum of 5 years of work experience focused on advanced content marketing and copywriting skills
  • Experienced in Social media management, advertising and analytics skills including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Advanced Computer literacy with adequate experience using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proven experience in EDM creation and rollout.
  • Design experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (desirable) and/or Canva (essential).
  • Experience in the Small Business, Not-For-Profit or Social Enterprise sector would highly be regarded.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Create digital and print marketing, content creation and social media marketing, across a comprehensive range of traditional and new media forms
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across the entire customer demographics to achieve marketing targets that drive both new and existing revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement customer database, marketing automation and digital advertising.
  • End to end campaign management, including the development and execution of marketing campaigns to support events, programs, and audience engagement initiatives
  • Collect, analyse and measure data to drive marketing excellence, seek continuous improvement and support business reporting
  • Proactively build and maintain connections among key stakeholders, partners, agencies, and contractors to foster positive, transparent, and effective working relationships.
  • Grow influencer relations, nurturing relationships with high-profile brand ambassadors.
  • Assist General Manager in social impact-related research and building case studies in order to enhance sponsorships, grants and donations opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget.
